This is a reference book. Not large in size, but thick and full. Typeface is small, but even needing bifocals, I can read it clearly.
I’ve opened it up and started looking at the uses of some of the homeopathic remedies I have and the descriptions are spot on for what I’ve been using them for, but with in depth descriptions and dosages/potencies.
Book is arranged so that you can look up information by drugs/dosages, bodily systems or symptoms. While there is no table of contents, there are indices, and a chart of what goes or follows what treatment.
This is a GREAT book for someone like me. I have a little knowledge, have been studying to learn more. WELL worth the money I spent!
This is the most authoritative book on homeopathy ever published. The book contains the well-known verified characteristics and symptoms of all our medicines besides other less important symptoms aiding the selection of the curative remedy. All the new medicines and essentials of the published clinical experience of the school have been added. In this compact form, the book contains the maximum number of reliable Materia Medica facts in the minimum space. Abbreviations and names of drugs have been standardised according to synthesis in the whole text. Perhaps it is the best-known and most widely used “Materia Medica & Repertory”. It features a handy and easy to use clinical repertory which can be used as bedside repertory.
